SITUATION
More than 150 years ago Napoléon III signed a decree, which laid the foundations of Societe Generale – a bank of entrepreneurs in service of other entrepreneurs. It adopted the universal bank model from the local bank, established to support the development of French economy, and turned into one of the global players in the financial world. In 2014 AMI Communications faced the challenge of creating the concept of a series of special VIP events for Societe Generale Expressbank’s key partners on the occasion of its 150th anniversary.
To mark the jubilee we combined elegance and the bank’s spirit with its long-standing support for the arts. Thus we created the opportunity for SG Expressbank to welcome its guests in a stylish atmosphere of classical music and literature.
TACTICS
- Creating the concept for Societe Generale Expressbank Soirée: Let’s Celebrate Together – 3 evening events in Sofia, Plovdiv and Varna for about 100 selected guests per event.
- Selecting key locations in the three towns where the events were taking place – Military Club Sofia, Old Town Residence in Plovdiv and the City Art Gallery in Varna
- Crafting invitations, branding, program and messages
- Organizing entertainment program with the lovely music of New Symphony Orchestra and a cocktail
RESULTS
- The three events gathered more than 450 representatives of SMEs and partners of Societe Generale Expressbank
- The organization of the stylish cocktail evenings were positively evaluated by the bank’s management and all guests
