2.3. Personal data under the “Media Center” section

In the Media Center column, we upload materials and news about events that may contain personal data (names, position, company, images) of our clients and partners, their employees, members of their governing bodies, advertising, media and other campaigns organized by us.

The processing of this data is in the performance of the contractual relationships we have with our clients. It is necessary as well for realizing our legitimate business interests by presenting our activities and services. In some cases, the processing of these data may be based on the explicit consent of the data subjects previously received by us.

3. For what purposes do we process personal data?

3.1. In order to respond to your inquiries – we use the personal data provided by you through the contact form on the Website to contact you and answer your inquiries and questions.

3.2. Job application data are processed for purposes of maintaining data for current and future use and selection of candidates for work in AMI Communications.

3.3. The processing of data under the “Media Center” column is aimed at fulfilling the contracts signed between AMI Communications and its clients and protecting the legitimate business interests of the company for effective market presentation of our services.

We use your data only for the purposes outlined above. Once the goal for which we have collected your personal data is achieved, we are committed to destroy them.

In the case of processing your personal data for the purposes of your inquiries, your data will be destroyed at the latest 3 (three) months after the date of the last communication with you regarding your request.

Job applicants’ data will be processed for up to 3 years.

Your data may only be processed after the specified deadlines in cases where there is a legal requirement for such processing and a define law term for the storage of personal data.

If you have provided us your data, you have the following rights:

6.1. You may ask for free information and access to personal data we have collected of you;

6.2. You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data we collected of you;

6.3. You have the right to request the deleting of the personal data related with you, and we have an obligation to delete them without undue delay when there is a legal requirement to do so;

6.4. You may restrict the processing of personal data related with you;

6.5. You may at any time object to the processing of personal data that is related with you, including when processed for purposes of providing additional information about our services (direct marketing);

6.6. You have the right at any time to withdraw your consent to process your data provided through the contact form on the Website, in which case we will cease processing it for the stated purpose.
