French energy giant EDF Energies Nouvelles opened a third hydropower plant in Bulgaria – the Dzherman HPP. The project is part of EDF investment interest, focusing mainly on countries with a stable economic and political environment that have a strong resource potential in terms of renewables.
The task of AMI Communications was to organize an event for the official opening of the Dzerman HPP with representatives of the institutions and the media.
We organized the grand opening of the Dzerman HPP on site at the plant itself. Official guests of the event were the Deputy Director of the company, the Minister of Economy, Energy and Tourism Traycho Traykov, the French Ambassador to Bulgaria Philippe Autie and the Chairman of the State Energy and Water Regulatory Commission Angel Semerdjiev. Representatives of the national and regional media attended the event as well. The event took place in two parts.
